It is a short notice; the full terms on the website may add detail.

1. Grant
   Upon valid payment or quota use as described on https://qvision.space/dataset-pricing ,
   you receive a non-exclusive license to use these files for your internal development
   and product work, including training and evaluating models.

2. No public re-hosting
   Do not republish the full purchased export for free public download unless Quality Vision
   has agreed in writing.

3. Samples vs commercial
   Public GitHub / Hugging Face samples may follow separate non-commercial terms unless you
   buy a commercial license. See: https://qvision.space/legal/dataset-licensing

4. As-is
   Exports are provided as-is without warranty of fitness for regulated uses unless contracted.
